Here's a Garen build I've been using inspired by some other ones I've seen around. It may be common and may not be I do not know. I don't take credit for making it either I just wanted to inform fellow eGO members.
Sword Of Occult
Boots Of Swiftness
Sunfire Cape
Warmogs
Spirit Visage
Atma's Impailer

Doran's shield -> merc treads -> sunfire -> FoN -> unkillable spin to win machine.

All you need is boots.

 

[Trace]

Boots -> Sunfire Cape -> Sunfire Cape -> Sunfire Cape -> Sunfire Cape -> Sunfire Cape

Best Garen build, guaranteed killing machine and a beast tank.

 

[Carmine]

Boots + Health potion + Ward at start.

Boots of Swiftness, Sunfire capes, Force of Nature.

and Yes stacking sunfire capes is what i used to do, try my build for yourself, you'll be surprised
