It does it once, really fast. Slow it down at least.

Yeah, the animation is way too fast, it's done when my browser is done loading the page...

The top right edge of the speaker looks like it's been cut out wrong, but other than that it's fine. And you need to get looping animations working!

its works for me,the sign note goes down
you need to adjust the move,so can everybody can see it

its moving too fast,adjust the animation or set the animation 3times
