Mann Co. Crate Key

I recently came across a Mann Co. Crate. After my initial woot I found out that the only way to open one is to get one of these keys. To add to that you can only get a key by using real money in the in-game store. Now I don't have any money to give to Valve and now I'm stuck with this dilemma.

So my question is: Could one of you upstart TF2 gents/gentesses please give me a key?



This is really my only option to get one so I thought I'd ask here before I trade it for something.




I know this is asking a lot and I understand if I don't end up getting one

1. Buy Demoman mask for 1 scrap metal or Find one or Trade extra crate for Mask
2. Sell Demoman mask for 1 key
3. Sing a song
4. Profit?!!

since a key is 2.49 itll be hard to find someone whos doing it

Not really, plenty of people trade keys. However, the general going rate for 1 key is 1 refined metal.

I guess I'll be holding on to the crate for a bit then, until I get a surplus of refined metal.

what series is the crate?
i would have an eye on that because you find different stuff in the different series?. i personally like the stuff in series 5 crates much more than the stuff in the others. but thats up to everyone himself.

I traded 2 scrap for one of mine. Not sure what the rate is (or if I got ripped off), but it seemed like an okay deal.
