Yeah. I mean, he does seem to sing a lot higher than he talks(like me 4 years ago, hence why I did not and do not sing), but this is lower than his speaking voice...
Not to mention it does seem to appeal to my musical sense slightly more than what I've heard of Justin Bieber. This one is more repetitive and based more around rhythm (autotuned singing does not count) than Bieber's music, but Bieber is still very repetitive and just plain terrible.
tl;dr, Not as bad as Bieber, but still really bad.
