I think for math, a strong early education is absolutely necessary in order to understand it well later on..
I remember my early math education consisted of the teacher handing us a sheet of problems and only intervening if our peers didn't know either (i.e. students had to teach each other first, if you want to be known as REALLY stupid, then you'd ask the teacher).
Yeah, you really need to know the basics. That's kinda my issue... I get good grades in math, but when it comes to simple tasks like multiplication and division, I lack the knowlegde... I've been working on it lately though, so it better be good when midterms comes up!

WOODSHOP!!!! I mean cmon! The other day my friend was not watching the bandsaw and his finger split in half almost to his first knuckle. I dont touch the machines anymore, it was creepy enough for me to never want to try it again, even though it was my favorite class....

No child's education is complete until he/she witnesses a friend getting a body part hacked off in woodshop.
I think that's in the No Child Left Behind Act.
I put math because I don't have good grades in my Algebra class. I have come to the conclusion though its not that Math is a waste of time but it seems all of the terrible teachers in high school, middle school and even from my sister... College end up teaching Advanced Mathematics.
My proof is that there is 2 teachers that defend them selves of the students not being enthused enough to learn. And yet there is 1 other teacher that has everysingle one of her students passing... And they actually learned it. Alot of people have problems with Math and I think its based on the teachers guidance and actual teaching methods ^^.

Wow, that has never happened to me and I hope it doesn't as it is my Favorite class as well.
That should be a fun class. But I can see why it is hard.
When I "go" to college I will more then likely take that class.

Photoshop is the best class ever.
It has to be, who doesn't like Editing Photos? Or making Photos or Graphics or Whatever it is.
