No. You can never get VAC banned from playing a map. BSP's are READ ONLY and cannot write to the client or server.

I knew about this but I started thinking about the map downloading an exe or something xD

He wrote in the map to ban a certain SteamID. He also wrote in the code for the map to send a command to the server if it was running Mani to set him as an admin. KAC detects this as an exploit and bans the SteamID that's trying to be set as an admin.

Oh so map maker made this little "trick" on map so he can be admin in servers that use this map and bans few SteamID that he commanded to?

Any Mani Admin Mod enabled server that played this map would set him up as full admin and he also set it to ban the leader (at the time or still) of M I A.
