How much can I sell a used Lenovo Thinkpad R500 2718 for?

I've gotten this from a relative that didn't need it anymore and I'm wondering on how much it's worth?

Condition: A couple of scratches on the top, but it's strong stuff are thinkpads and it's fully working.
Specs:
2.00GHz intel
968Mb of RAM
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Chipset Family
Unsure on screen width, 1280X800
Heh, it has USB2

I'm unsure on the ability to modify it, but I do think you can go 2GB+ ram on it.

Can you give more information on the specs? Googling the laptop, I see three different kinds of Intel processors it can be equipped with already.
