For those interested in getting Mod Division's recruiting numbers a little higher, heres a few tips to help you successfully bag some recruits.

- Pay attention to the regular's who populate the server daily.

- Initiate conversation, be friendly but don't sound desperate.(What do you think of eGO and our servers?)

- Push for people with a mic and members you can see becoming long term.

- We are shooting for numbers right now, if we get people who dont exactly fit the criteria, thats what Leadership is here for, dont worry about it.

Here is what new members who just registered will see. This will give recruiters an idea of what they need to know
:

Registration Button is the first step.

Once registered and email has been verified, next step is to setup Maul.

After clicking my game ids, the member will be prompted to enter a Steam ID.

Once submitted, new members will have to get verified in a Source game. All they have to do is sit in an eGO server for 5 mins max. This is what you should see when verified

Next step is to link them to the rules/regulations as well as application page(http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=107014) have them review rules and find the section corresponding with the division they want to join.

Next step is have them copy the questions(1-13) and paste them and have them answer accordingly then submit the application.

Now from here all they need to do is be accepted then they're all good to go.

Following these simple steps will have you shooting through recruitment in no time. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to pm me. As always I am around to help anyone who would like to recruit. Remember quality over quantity and have fun thats why we're here in the first place :).
