I like recruiting intelligent members who can figure out the recruiting process on their own by reading.

I dislike having to hold someones hand through the maul system.

I like meeting the new members.

So my feelings are mixed.

Yeah, same. It's been kinda hard lately, but I do get some people. Just keep trying
