Cannot download DoD from Steam

DoD is currently displaying "Suspended". I was able to download L4D2 and Red Orchestra. I've renamed the ClientRegistry.blob file, Uninstalled Steam, deleted the Steam folder, Reinstalled Steam, redownload all 3 games. Download speed was averaging 2.0MB/s. DoD is the only one that's having trouble. Any ideas?

try changing the steam download location around until you find one that works.

I ended up backing the game to DVD from another machine, then installed it.
