Really shows how the idiot basically ripped people off and primarily stole ideas, doesn't it? The movie glorified his actions.

Also, facebook pwns.

Ideas are only worth something if acted upon.

The Tinkerwinkle (or whatever) twins only had the idea.

Mark Zuckerberg pretty much said that everything in the film is exaggerated for the sake of drama. He did say that every shirt that Jesse Eisenberg wore was one from his wardrobe collection though. R

egardless, it's an awesome movie. It's one of those movies where I was having fun watching it, I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. The original idea and inspiration for Facebook via the Facemash website is accurate though. It's also heavily supported that Mark did indeed code Facemash while drunk in his dorm.

The social Network was brilliant! One of my top films of the year which i've seen.. And yeah, I couldn't live without facebook :(

It's definitely freaky how addicting it can be. Social networking in general has pretty much forever altered society.

I often think of the conversation between Tyler and the narrator at the bar in the beginning"Fight Club" (one of my all-time favorites). Tyler is talking about the chaos into which society is descending, and at one point he makes the comment "The things you own end up owning you."

When I think about how many times a day I log into Facebook, it's frightening.

I was quite suprised with how interesting the movie was, although i did watch it in a loud room so I couldn't hear tooooo well but I still really enjoyed it.

AND GUESS WHAT I'm Mark Zuckerberg's friend! WHAT NOWWWW

If you could, tell him to kick me a few grand so I can finish college. Thanks!

Lol, was it good then?

It's a good movie.

Some movies are entertaining, like Jackass. Some movies are funny, like Hangover. Some movies are just good movies, like Hurt Locker and Social Network.

Worth going to cinema for? Probably not. But still worth watching at some point or another.

Hope that helped. :w00t:
