Logitech G27, Logitechs' deluxe model 900 degree steering, dual motored force feedback, six-speed switcher, hand-stitched leather racing wheel. DO WANT, I'm gonna work my butt off for the extra $150 so I'm not stuck with the Driving Force GT (which however good as well; only has a bumper switcher, lacks a clutch pedal, and has slightly uncomfortable pedal placement.) because I only want the best for Gran Turismo 5, the first racing game to permanently grace my console since back when PS2 was still mainstream.

This baby is getting hooked up to a custom built racing cockpit I'm going to build with some wood and an extra car seat I have laying around. Anyone else own one or getting one for GT5?

honestly - with boxing day sneaking up (im canadian) and such, depending on my current money system and what prices will be at the time, i will buy a PS3 specifically for this game.
GT is my favourite gaming series of all, and im really good at it. i wouldn't buy a racing wheel for it, i just don't like those peripherals. but man...i do want this game
