DOS:S Steam console reset?

I used to have no graphics card, and entered some commands on steam console to increase my FPS, by disabling a lot of effects.
now that I have a G card, I want all those effects (like flashlight) back, but I have no idea what commands to enter.
is there a way to reset DOD:S settings though the console?
can anyone help me out? thanks

Turn off Steam Cloud, then delete your DoD:S folder, then verify the cache.
