I'm not buying the Noxus has better choices card.

First off, Noxus has two tanks, Singed and Rammus, Rammus is obviously going to be banned leaving just Singed who is more of an off tank and has no hard crowd control. The two main DPSers of Noxus, Kog'Maw and Miss Fortune are squishy and have no natural escapes. Now look at Ionia. They have three high damage melee dpsers with jumps, who excel against Kog'Maw and Miss Fortune. Obviously Noxus is going to ban Amumu. Leaving Ashe as a very viable pick, as we all saw what she could do at WCG. It also leaves Udyr to jungle, who can almost match the speed of Shaco. If I had to pick a lineup from Ionia it would be the three ninjas, Udyr, and Ashe, a very balanced team where four people have hard crowd control. On the other hand for Noxus if Rammus is banned it will probably be something along the lines of Singed, Morgana, Miss Fortune, Shaco, Sion. That team only has Morgana's crowd control and Sions stun. Not much compared to the Ionia team.

All in all I think the teams are rather well rounded. But I'm rooting for Noxus because of Singed and Miss Fortune.

I can see the ranged carries being banned, and I also assume that each team is going to get 2 bans each like usual and I agree with carmine that Rammus is a strong Initator/Jungler/tank so he may be banned as well. as for Ionia Shen/amumu and if ashe is banned that leaves ezreal as the Main DPS carry which will hinder the Ionia team alittle. all in all pretty balanced teams. Akali and shaco are both good gankers but Ionia really has only proven good jungler (I havent seen a good Irelia yet so im skeptical)

Yeah, I don't know why I did that after I went on a long discourse about how much better the Ionian options were.
