How do u take screenies anyway, just press Print Scr and paste into Photoshop?

Go on a server, and press F5. The pictures end up in

steamapps/username/Counter-Strike: Source/Cstrike/screenshots

Also, you want to make sure F5 is binded to Screenshot. Go to options - keyboard, and scroll down to Take Screenshot.
