New Champion - Cassiopeia, the Serpent?s Embrace

Abilities:

Noxious Blast: Cassiopeia blasts an area with a delayed high damage
poison, granting her increased Movement Speed if she hits a champion.

Miasma: Cassiopeia releases a cloud of poison, lightly damaging and
slowing any enemy that happens to pass through it.

Twin Fang: Cassiopeia lets loose a damaging attack at her target. If the
target is poisoned the cooldown of this spell is refreshed.

Petrifying Gaze (Ultimate): Cassiopeia releases a swirl of magical energy
from her eyes, stunning any enemies in front of her that are facing her and
slowing any others with their back turned.

Deadly Cadence (Passive): After casting a spell any subsequent
spellcasts will cost 10% less for 5 seconds. This ability stacks up to 5 times.

good deal wonder if any character poison counts or just hers. you could get a nice team combo with some poison users.

I'd imagine it works similar to Anivia's lance, where certain slows will activate it. This chick + teemo is an awful lane to be in.

Anivia's double damage is only activated by the slows on her ultimate and Q, other effects that use the ice particle are not the same thing.

So I assume it will be the same for Cass, she is designed to be similar to Anivia, but instead of slow and bursty she will be quick and DoTy.

It was patched out a while ago. Only Anivia's skills create the chilled debuff. Rylai's, Mallet, Nunu, and Ashe no longer cause the double damage.

Shes seems to be a decent champ if you can play her correctly with the poison and correct combos, you just need to get to know her good champ tho worth the $
