Already we're seeing a bunch of phishing-related attacks saying things such as "Steam Christmas sale started today, click here!" Just a reminder that you should NOT click any links that look suspicious (alternate domain suffix, name, no "https://", generic canned messages) and always ask the person who messaged you about the legitimacy of the link and a question only the real person would know.

- Should your account become compromised, let a DL know immediately so they can disable your admin access while you recover your account.
- Make sure you Verify your email address in Steam by going to Steam > Settings. This will aid in account recovery.
- Change passwords often and make them complex, here are a couple resources you can use to see if a URL is malicious (not just Steam related, but any URL you may come across on the web).
