kay so i been needing a headset cause right now im using a crappy xbox 360 wireless mic.
i don't want the top of the line mic, i just want something that is decent, works fine and will last.
i am willing to dish out 50 bucks for a headset, so if you don't mind some suggestions would help : D or some companies i should look at.

well its for PC.
and i have seen those, people say they break really easily.
but can anyone comment on that?

EDIT: well i have read some reviews, but in canada its 20 bucks more, plus tax so like 25, might pick these up i donno.

I have the turtle beach, its nice and gets the job done. Theres ALLOT more lows than highs however. I havent had any issues with it breaking. The earpiece fell off just as with most headsets so i simply...put it back on :P

I got these on sale on black Friday after much deliberation and im satisfied. The rumble feature of the bass is not as gimmicky as you might think i play alot of bc2 and when a mortar is dropping next to you you know. The sound quality is good and the surround works good. I cant say they work great because iv never had any other head set of good quality. To top it off when using usb the eq tools and such are a nice touch to fine tune the sound to your liking. These are in your price range so its an option.

I'd recommend avoiding Turtle Beach and sticking with Logitech (G35s perhaps) and Sennheiser. Just my opinion though.

well like i said, im not a huge gamer so if its cheap and works good ill go for turtle beach. btw G35 are 145 in canada, way to much for a headset.
