Seriously, I would gladly buy one over the other stamps available, how do we make that happen?

the Map Stamps are only for the 'officially released by Valve' community made maps

Map stamps are purchasable items that were added to the Mann Co. Store during the Australian Christmas event with the December 17, 2010 update.
The stamps were created to support map makers. Each stamp corresponds to a particular community-constructed map, and all proceeds from stamp sales go directly to the map creators.
Upon purchase, players receive the World Traveler's Hat which shows a special particle effect when the user is playing on a map linked to the stamp that was bought at the store.

That's your opinion. Either Valve hasn't noticed it or it isn't "outstanding quality" (TF2Wiki) to them.

Well, I will say one thing, Blackmesa has been designed to stalemate for long periods of time. Official Valve maps are designed to not stalemate (for the most part, and at the most for 10 minutes), whereas Blackmesa has rounds that are hours long. I doubt that Valve would make a map official that stalemates for that amount of time.

Blackmesa2 on the other hand has faster gameplay and does not stalemate nearly as much, so its chances are greater. Of course, I seem to remember hearing somewhere that Valve wouldn't make maps from other games of their's, but I'm not 100% sure if thats true.

Special offer 25% off to all BlackMesa players!

Blackmesa2 would be a better candidate for official release.
That being said it does sound a little fishy when only maps that are official releases may receive $.

Them using us to help pay their royalties? :P

what royalties? the maps were submitted for free by the community. If you mean to pay the royalties they have now decided to give the map makers then mesa too would receive royalties.. kind of like a chicken and the egg delima. which came first?

Well, the "official" maps are included with every package of TF2. There's a difference between that and unofficial maps people download elsewhere.

the community maps were generally submitted to the community before they became "official".

my point being you cannot recieve $$$ unless it's an official map. which means valve decides weather players may donate to specific map makers (by making them official).

if they did not need to be official to recieve $$ then players may donate to the map maker of thier choice..simple.
