Dude... this game is so epic. it makes epic fail look epically epic lol haha. but yeah man this game is so great, idk where to start saying how great it is. The feeling of rushing past grenades, flying comrades in your view, body parts blowing off you team, it brings a total war feeling to your stomach. So revolutionary...

I love these game, it's a very fun game when you bring in the realism aspect of game play. I was in a Russian tank battalion realism unit a couple of years back, most fun I've ever had. Also a really good mod created using RO: OST is Darkest Hour, it's similar to RO: OST but instead of Russians, it's Americans (with some British and Canadians). I uninstalled it awhile back because I stop playing it due to other games I started playing (i.e. INS) but I highly recommend the game with you are a world war 2 history buff like me and like the realistic game play with the use of tactics and cooperation between infantry and tankers. But just to warn you if it's your first time playing the game, I will guarantee you will die quickly at first.

I like the game when I played it but I just got BC2 Vietnam and just don't see my self playing a game like this when I can play that. I think RO2 looks promising and I will think about getting when it comes out. Just my honest opinion.

Yea I forget bout that. I will probs get Vietnam for the ps3 (chipsets and battlefield dont mix -_-) I played it before with like 100 bots and it was ok

Shoot a tank with what? It also depends on where you shoot the tank and how far you are from the tank.

Yeah, it's realistic.. I mean, lets use the Tiger tank for example. If you are in a Russian tank aim your cannon at the weakest part of the Tiger's armour (just under the Driver's window slot). I can say hitting a tank in the right spot will definitely take a good chunk of their health.

Red Orchestra is awesome and so is the Darkest Hour mod, it's a bit difficult at the beginning but, as with all games it has it's own learning curve and takes time for one to get acclimated to the game play.
