What is the best uploader?

I have never thought of it, but i was wondering.
What is the best uploading site to which will give better quality?
or are they all the same? i have used Photobucket.com since i started in photoshop.

xampp on your own desktop...best uploader in the world... because there's no limits

Another good thing to do is host your own images if you can, they will never go down.

Photobucket is by far one of the best and is very customizable and simple! Been using it for years and will continue to do so!

Since I have my own web server for various functions, hosting my photoshop creations/manipulations works very well, for free! (I have unlimited web hosting on a dedicated server from an old friend. Never goes down)
