A lot of people I know have been wondering why I left for 8 months, I told little fibs to a few people to kind of take them away from the topic. But, I think it's time I told you guys the real reason, why I've been gone.

I've been asked numerous times by my friends, and only told about 5. Well, it's your turn eGO.

I have Adenocarcinoma, a type of lung cancer in tissues. I had it 2 weeks before I quit, but it got worse. Over time, it hurt more and more, so I requested my admin removed. I removed everyone from my friends list, just in case the worst happened.

3 months after I left, it started getting better. But, I didnt' have time to play on the servers. So I delayed my return. I had to do Chemo therapy, and radiation therapy. This helped me a lot, but I still have it. The following months, the other 5, I was resuming with my own life. I went to work, I played a few games on the side, etc. Now, I'm back.

I hope that none of you ever get any type of cancer. It's painful. I hope you guys have a merry Christmas, and happy holidays. I AM better, it's almost gone. It is just in a small part in the bottom of my lungs.

Wow, I'm sorry this happened, I've not really known anyone with cancer but It must be very painful.

I remember when you left, I wondered where you went. I can see now if was for an importan reason. I hope you get better quickly AWP, you were one of my first buddies in eGO and I know that wont change no matter how long your away. Its always sad to hear of a young person with any life threatning disease, even worse when I know him/her. AWP please stay stong and continue to enjoy life with us!
