No matter single or multiplayer, I have graphics problems :( first time trying to run the game, and trust me.. I have the hardware...

it looks like this except a little worse.. I can still run around.. but it looks all effed up haha.

One thought: should i try to update graphics driver? because the last time I did it messed up my monitor by auto correcting the resolution and giving me a constant "Invalid Format"... please help! lol

Thanks for any help you can give!

Try updating your drivers. Those look like artifacts caused from incorrect vertices which could either be unsupported calls to an old driver or a graphics card memory issue.

I'm assuming this is the first time you have seen these glitches in any of your games?

Try downloading gamebooster and your uninstaller 2010 (use the auto fix key on this last program) this programs help me a lot to play bc2 like 3 months ago i cant even play 5 min because i had crash to desktop and those programs fixed all my problems.
And try to update your video card drivers.
Hope this help cya on game

I might have seen this kind of problem before... you never know haha, but I updated my driver and it works! :D

Thanks for the help and support Ammorth and BOXER! It's greatly appreciated!

No problem bro if u need help on anything else just call us! :P
see you in game

Another thing you might want to look into if you havent already. Check out the performance/graphics guide sticky at the top of the forum. Some pretty simple yet useful information in there. I have had to make some adjustments myself even though Im running a pretty beefed up system.

Yeah drivers are always a pain and some work better for 1 game than another so your best bet is always trying the newest ones but if they give you troubles then revert to older ones. Also know that with Nvidia drivers and most other drivers in general, it is best to UN-install the old ones Before you Install the new ones. Also the 2GB of ram you have is on the minimal end. your OS will use about 1/4 of that off the top and any security software will eat a bit more. Keep in mind though that a 32bit aka. x86 OS only allows for a total addressable memory of 4GB and you deduct video memory from this also, so if you have a 1/2 gig of video ram then you can have 3.5GB of normal ram for the 4GB total. IMHO I would go ahead and buy the extra ram for that machine and it will help extend it's life in the video game world a little longer before you have to do a full system upgrade. If you have any questions let me know.

Yea, OS RAM usage can be a pain in the ace, but I'm running XP so it doesn't use that much ;P

I used to have to turn off my anti-virus to be able to run Vent, and an online game (like Guild Wars) at the same time, but we upgraded our internet to the fastest available where we live so I don't have that problem anymore xD

XP Pro is better then Win7 for pc's that do not have DX10 GPU's as Win7 uses far more base resources and only truly beneficial for DX10 Users! lol
