Annie has the longest base range in the game, Tristana's passive and Kog'Maws W edge her out.

Also, Soraka is so bad the only things you can do with her is build AD or stack Kage's Lucky Picks. Still, I can't help but notice you only got 5 kills and 83 CS.

Soraka is way underestimated. She can solo baron, no joke.
Sadly, I don't have any screenshots, but I have 3 people who witnessed me soloing Baron as Soraka.

Good luck getting enough money for all of that in a normal game. Soraka can usually build only two tier 3 items in a game along with boots.

Sure. It doesn't matter, Soraka can be replaced by someone more useful (Taric, Sona, ect). It was fun anyway, in a normal game, it wouldn't be a big deal if Soraka could solo baron, it was just a fun idea.
