Malware!

Ok so i think i have a SVC or what ever its called. I cant, for the life of me, figure out how to get rid of it, i have a pretty good idea of where it came from download wise. I just dont know how to go about removing it.

For malware, MalwareBytes is the thing to use; if that somehow doesn't fix it (or can't install/update, in which case you have a nasty infection), and you're running a 32-bit OS, you can try ComboFix.

Combo Fix is serious business, and will likely crush whatever it is that you have; but at the same token, it can ruin your OS and other things if you misuse it, so pay attention if you do use it.

I would definitely say to use Malwarebytes... it literally saved my computer once or twice!!!

After installation Malwarebtytes and updates definition updated.
Disconnect your internet
Run the scan quick if detected and clean you may have to reboot.
Then after restart, run full scan.

Give it a shot and good luck.

Hi, the full scan with Malwarebytes is not necessary. It was created so that the quick scan will be extremely effective. Most of the time, running a full scan will only result in a longer scan time, with no increase in detected malware.

After running MBAM, try running Dr. Web CureIT In safe mode

MBAM should always be run in normal mode unless your computer will not boot or execute MBAM in normal mode.
