I was on Flash yesterday with my M1 garand and I shot a rifle nade down the main street into smoke at the end of the road, but out of the smoke came a german nade and they collided. The german grenade was hit back into the smoke a killed its thrower and my grenade killed another guy.![]()
my clip in this, probably my best cap block ever... even though it wasnt technically a block. (one of them walked off before i killed him :cursing

Since tomorrow is Kalt Night I figured id share a Kalt tale with you all.
This tale takes place in the before times; when eGO was a newborn (or not even born yet), DoD:S didn?t have achievements, and I was still a troublemaker banned from numerous servers due to revenge killing on FF on servers.
There I was an Axis Machine Gunner it was only me and Heidi (my ?42) on a Kalt server full of skilled players and the rest of my team. We started off slowly moving into the Second Street and setting up on the rooftop overlooking the second flag. We waited patiently for any stragglers since our first flag was heavily defended by 4 riflemen, a couple full autos, snipers, and our other MG. The poor bastards never saw it coming since they thought that any person worth a damn would capture this point. I laid waste to 4 allies there on Second Street. When one of my teammates with a slight speech impediment captured the second flag I felt that Heidi and I could get some more kills in the two-story building overlooking main street. My instincts were right and we killed about 8 more Allies from that position while my learning-disabled teammates were moving towards the bridge. At that time we rushed into sewers, sprinted past the hamster cage and miraculously made it to the Allied two-story right when our team capped bridge.
The poor Allies felt safe that their second street was not captured and casually walked into the path of our 8mm Mauser rounds. Bullets that can kill anything from midgets to polar bears. I had begun to brew a cup of coffee knowing that this would be a long night. I racked up at least 10 more kills there and left the shelter of the two story building to some snipers wearing safety mittens and padded helmets. Heidi sensed an attack and we fell back to the green crate on the allied side of bridge. We were able to barely get onto the other side of bridge after killing about 5 more Allies when a volley of grenades exploded at our previous position. Our team had let us down yet again, and I noticed that the Bridge was getting capped and fast! Heidi was running low on ammo and we knew we couldn?t Rambo all of these freedom-loving Allies. At that very moment one of the desperate Allies tossed an undercooked grenade that landed past the sandbags on the Axis side of bridge. I left Heidi in a safe spot so that they couldn?t get their dirty hands on her and use her against my team. I then grabbed the grenade and hurled it back at the Americans Killing all 5 on the bridge with an aerial burst! Heidi and I were unstoppable, so we went on the offensive. We rushed back to bridge went prone slightly back from the apex, clenched vital orifices, and waited for an enemy assault or friendly support. That was the last thing I remembered. Unfortunately one of my teammates carelessly threw a grenade killing us instantly. However, the legend of Stormy and his ?42 is still told to this very day!
