I was once told "a real man can admit when he has made a mistake" And it struck me real hard... My Family (whoever is reading this that means you!) Edge gamers is were I belong and i disregard the thread below... Hope you will (re?)accept me. I think i've decided that I can still have fun without being so serious...:thumbup1:

Well done Fishman you are truly a good young man in the making, welcome back. Remember if you have a problem there are a lot of your friends here who will help you.

These 2 threads will go down in eGO drama history.

Welcome back, though.

Fishman I do have a few points I'd like to make. You haven't been near active enough within the community, nor in-game (according to hlstats) to really know what everything around here is all about 100%. That's how I perceive it, which is upheld with facts.

In response to what you said in your other thread, you have not been around longer than most of the admins. I myself joined 12 days after you, i believe.. Anyways, It's about dedication to the servers/community and maturity, my dude. You'll be good if your a bit more patient. You seem to have the want and the will to make yourself successful within eGO, just stick to it!

Be easy.

I am going to agree with Fabbrini, I haven't seen you post, or in game or in ventrilo really. Those things are crucial to being an active member of the eGO community. I would encourage you to take part!

Not really. I never used vent and got promoted to G and also i was rarly seen on the forums when i got it. You just have to be in-game and with the right people.

Good contradiction on some things that leadership states regularly, dutchy my boy.

Also, just no. you seem to not fully understand what I'm trying to say here.

Being active within the community & In-game combined is the best way to be recognized IMO. I'm not talking about just hitting the reply button on some DoD division thread, I'm talking about contributing to or bringing up ideas that can make a difference within the community itself.

That is all.

It's no secret that some of the best ways to get promoted are by staying active on servers and forums and being a mature member within the community. Also, remember that it's not always about who you know, but rather who knows you. Promotion recommendations submitted to the drop box account for a good deal of out-of-cycle promotions and we always encourage players to recommend members they think would make good admins. Patience, on top of all of the above, will afford you all that you seek.

I would also advise that you approach leadership before making rash decisions or overreacting. Sometimes a simple chat with an advisor can clear up confusion or resolve frustration and should be a preliminary step to take before resigning or publicly venting. We are here to facilitate your enjoyment within the community and we work for you, not the other way around. Therefore, if you have a concern then by all means you should find one of us to discuss it.

All that said, glad to have you back fish, and certainly hope to see more of you.
