FFVII has tons of these, as expected.
1 - No.
2 - Yes.
3 - Yes.
4 - Definitely yes.
5 - Yes (somewhat)
6 - Not really. But it appears.
7 - No, Cloud has a last name and Sephiroth just has one name.
8 - Definitely. Always in Final Fantasy. Especially when you're prompted to name them in FF, that means they'll join your party. Kind of spoilers at one part of FF6...
9 - Some
10 - Yes
11 - N/A
12 - N/A
13 - Given as yes.
14 - Yes.
15 - 5 of them. #2 is Aeri[s/th], obviously. #3 is Yuffie, #5 Barrett, #6 is Zack(Ok, not a real party member, but he appears), #8 is Cait Sith.
16 - #2 are the Turks, #7 is Hojo, #4 is Sephiroth but he appears early.
17 - Probably ALL of them.
18 - Kind of?
19 - Yes.
20 - Yes, mostly.
21 - Yes. It's in the name.
22 - Yes. That's why it lists megaphones.

24 - Yes, but that's just an explanation.
25 - Oh yes. And the buildings are usually pretty big on the outside...

These are, however, as they kind of said at the top, JRPG cliches. Take Fallout, or Mass Effect, for instance. Most of them don't fit.
