How is 1.0.0.108?

Hey all,

Had my wisdom teeth pulled today so I can't go more than 20 minutes without my laying down with icepacks on my cheeks; or else I'd be furiously playing this new patch. My question/topic is, how do you like 1.0.0.108? How is Caitlyn, the new champion, playing as or against? How are the two new Zhonya items and how do you use them on your AP champions? Did you have trouble adjusting to the new minion exp range? And how about the buffs to dragon and Baron?

Or feel free to discuss whatever. This sickie is bored to death.

I barely used to active on Zhonya's ring, so these new items work good for me.
 
The minion xp range is only for jungle minions, so the xp isnt stolen. Caitlyn is really meh in comparison to better ranged carries such as Miss Fortune, Sivir, and Tristana, but she is fun.

The new champ is in my opinion a fairly good one, Still agree that MF and Sivir are better carries but Cait is much more able to be played independently without the cooperation of team mates. So, i belive in solo queue she is significantly better. In my opinion (in solo queue) Miss Fortune holds the #1 spot for best AD, ranged carry followed by Cait.



New Items
-I personally find the new AP item (155 AP + 30% increase to AP) Overpowered.
-Zonnya's is still basically there so i dont see the big difference of changing up the items :D.

Other than that its been a fun patch :D. Hope to see you well and getting fed of newbs :D.

Corki, Sivir, and Tristana are definetly better than Caitlyn and Ashe's ult is way better. She only really beats Ezreal and Twitch.

A totally farmed Veigar with the Rabadon's Deathcap can destroy squishies with one spell. VEIGAR OP
 
The way it sits now play a ap carry. and u win. kassadin my last game would literally 2 shot the entire team 30% scale with 155 waaaaaaaaay over powered but thats just my crying,

Viegar has been able to do this for awhile though. Maybe not one spell, but he can nuke away all their health in one series of attacks.

This. Veigar has always been the kryptonite for my allied AP carries (Karthus, I'm looking at you), I feel like the new item would send this over the top. Then again I've played one match today and didn't note the usage of the new zhonyas.
 
Yeah the new hat is kinda OP..I had 800 AP with Annie and no one was able to survive my bursts.

i think the Zhonya's hourglass is best fitted for Kennen.

I disagree with the fact that she is good on her own. Playing her myself and watching hotshotgg if they jump on you the only way you will live is if you have a team to support you or your going to get nuked super fast. Yea she has her net but that isn't a very good escape when you have a xin, mundo, or akali they will just jump back on you. Her W isn't the best but its fun to use in mid and you try to deny a little with it. Other then that she doesn't really have the kite strength of ashe or the sivir straight ownage dps. Personally they need to fix her ult and her w and then she would be a lot more viable but for now she's just a really fun champ which is ok.
 
its been the same ole same ole some chars are OP some arnt, they will get nerfed others become OP its a cycle

but the rabs cap is extremely overpowered item and now allows people to go above and beyond the limits of AP (but they did want a AP equal to infin. edge so i guess they found it)
