I really wanna push for this. Leadership kinda shoots me down though when i try to pitch it to them. Sooo.. i was thinking maybe some e's could get together with me to organize a e night maybe every tuesday or every other tuesday where e's go onto another clans server and show our eGO spirit.

For you to be having an event it has to be held by an event coordinator -- which are eGO's only. Also we usually never have road trips to other servers than our own. Maybe if you put this in the drop box it might go further.

Drop box. Also there would have to be a O on because of the event coordinator. Also, i don't think much people will show up, that is just my opinion. I am being bias because I'm a G but i personally don't think this will work out. Finally there would be no time for it, Tuesday is the event coordinator's day off and Thursday i think there is an event on that day already.

well if there are no event coordinators or any admins chances are that it isnt going to happen.
Alternatives:
e Orientation: This is usually once or twice a month were e's join the vent channel, most frequently they are brand new recruits. They go to learn what we are about ect. Sometimes event coordinators like myself will host events right after the vent meeting where e's can join and have a bit of fun introduce themselves ect. Come to that sometime, i often host an event right after.
Why tuesdays are bad for events? Because we host events all week long and need a break from the mayhem. Plus i work that night XD
If you really want some sort of e only event you should pm evilbear or use the already suggested dropbox. However chances are that it will not happen since there would be no guidance of admins as you are suggesting.

I think i like explained this wrong, i want to have a e road trip to other gaming community's servers once a week on tuesday. It's not like an "official" eGO event, it's just something i would like to put together on my own with the help of maybe 2 other e's because i feel it would be fun, help the e's get to know each other better, and possibly get eGO noticed on other servers. Like for example caps clan people would play on eGO servers and they got noticed.

If its something you just want to do with other e's, add them to your friends list and organize a day, message them up and go do it. If its not going to be an eGO event, you don't need to ask or do anything, just add them and message them as if there your friends and you want to play.
Easy as that.

You say leadership has been shooting you down, that's not true. What we have said is at this time ther is simply no room for this in our current schedule. Tuesdays we don't host events so we dont over stuff the week with events.
If you want to get some friends together, go ahead. At this time we aren't doing anything official.

I've organized a couple unofficial eGO jail road trips for my friends. We had a lot of fun and it's definitely recommended. My big two tips to make sure it stays fun and to keep out of trouble:
1) If you go in with clan tags or tell anyone that you are from the edgegamers servers you are representatives of eGO. Please show them what we are all about.
2) No recruiting. We don't allow people to recruit on our servers, we shouldn't on anybody else's. If someone is interested tell them that we have a policy of not recruiting on other servers and to contact you privately in steam chat if they want further information.
With the boring stuff out of the way, have fun, kick some ass and post some photos!

Thats a great idea, I have gone onto other servers to have fun with eGO friends,
just be careful not to share too much info about eGO on other servers, you DO NOT want to offend anyone hosting their server.
And, like phase said,
Just be careful NOT to get 10 members together and start recruiting on other servers, we do not do that...
but if people ask you about eGO, you are more than welcome to add them on steam and give them the link here and a quick description of this enormous (almost indescribably enormous organization).
