The basic premise of it is one side is secret service, one side is terrorists.

Variation 1: Secret Service are trying to escort the president from one location to another.
Variation 2: More popularly, Secret Service just hole the President up (they choose who is President) in a building.

Terrorists are trying to kill the President. If they do, they win.

Yeah like C-WHiT said, I dunno if I will be there tomorrow night or not so I haven't pushed Kalt tug-of-war and/or Secret Service haha.

YSD gave the two basic ways of playing it, which we can do. So my monies still is going toward Secret Service!

Well, pretty much there are two variables:
1) The "Secret Service" team's objective (if you are "delivering" the President somewhere, if he makes it, they win period--so it sets up some cool fake-out opportunities)
2) Weapon restrictions:
A) No restrictions (quick and easy)
B) Realistic regulations (I was thinking something like: "Terrorists" - 1 MG, 1 sniper, 1 Rocket, rest Axis support + assault. "Secret Service": 2-3 snipers, 2-3 assault, 2-3 support, 2-3 pistols only, the rest riflemen. Also, President just runs around with knife out, if you were wondering how in the world you tell who he is.

Just variation ideas. As with anything new, it would need tweaking.
