TF2, CS:S Mouse Issue

[Cacophonus]

Hey guys- it seems that I've lost all ability to turn with my mouse in TF2 and CS:S; I can fire, move around, whatever, I just can't turn my camera. Ontop of that, the mouse works fine in INS/DOD:S, and in TF2/CS:S's menu's and the like. Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting your default keys? And set your binds to default?
Maybe Steam Cloud(I think that's what it's called) interfered with your settings?

I reset to defaults and still have this issue in those two games; I have not tried unbind all, but I will tonight. Any other ideas guys?
