I think it was the right decision to make it f2p, even setting aside the catastrophic failure it was when it was pay to play.

I certainly never encountered hackers.
I know there were lots of hackers in the closed beta though.

This is a F2P version of it, so no monthly fee's.

Well, this is a pleasant surprise. This was definitely a game that had serious potential, and one that I was very interested in trying before hearing about the game-breaking or otherwise extremely annoying issues. I'll have to keep an eye on this one now.
