I was on the Media Team for 2 months a year ago and I constantly (like every other day) asked about projects to work on, but was always told there was nothing that needed more help at the moment.

...then after two months I was kicked off the team for not helping with anything. :chair:

yeah i'd like to know that too, i wouldn't mind joining, but i only have a basic knowledge or video editing, if possible recruit and teach new people? and of course they'd need the programs to edit or make sounds. Audacity is good for it and Windows movie maker is easy (i know how to use 'em and edit)

No, you don't even need to do any editing just as long as you have ideas and can manage a team when taking on a project is good enough.

A lot of people have been busy due to exams and holidays recently so that may be one reason why. Meet the Leadership has not been produced for a while now either because of that reason.

Not every role in the Media Team is just to do with sound/video editing, a lot of it is backstage work such as managing, coordinating or even coming up with ideas! Also we suggest Audacity for sound editing but WMM is not allowed to be used when editing videos. Apparently it is because you cannot export in HD and control bit rates.

BAHAHAHAHA is that the excuse we're using? Back in September was when there was the huge deal made on multiple forums about the resurgence of the Media Team. Result: nothing. Also, I was on Media Team throughout the summer and on a near-daily basis I asked about what I could work on and nobody knew what was going on and everything "could wait" because "we're working on other projects" (that we never saw). lol

Well I don't know about certain projects but MtL is on hold because of my exams.
