what i found, is if the warden speaks clearly and a little more slowly so everyone has a chance to hone in... CT's may listen better, also too giving instructions to every CT like "*name here* stand guard over there... don't shoot unless necesarry to your survival" type thing. OR have it where if you're giving a move command, (don't know if this is allowed) but tell them only the warden will say WHO to kill, for example *name here* isn't facing 90 to the right, so warden says "kill *name here* + *where he is" that way it's a little more organized.... harder... but organized.
