Getting into admin class

Hey guys, I haven't really been active as much for about 3 weeks. Basically, heres what happened. I was awarded my "G" rank and I was about to get scheduled to go into an admin class, but I got extremely sick. My doctor didn't really know exactly what was wrong so I was laying in bed all day and I would play a few games on my laptop here and there. But turns out, everything is fine, and I just had a bad case of mono. I'm better now, and would like to apologize for inactivity, but now I need to know what I need to do to get into an admin class, because I was never really told how to get into one, and I'm assuming I need to get in one before I use any kind of admin power.
