Brain Slug - I think it was the hat I found second (first was Football Helmet but that's meh) and I just love it love it love it

Pugilist's Protector - Won it during a Class vs. Class event. At first it took the backseat to my Ushanka, but it grew on me. Especially after I painted it bright yellow.

Horrific Headsplitter - Unboxed with the Stocking Stuffer Key. Nice because it can be worn by any class and I think it goes well with the medic's "questionable doctor" theme.

I was going to say the Lumbricus Lid, but really my favorite parts are the Holy Hand Grenades

Fancy Fedora - It took me 9 months to find a hat (painful, wasn't it.) I crafted my hats together and got a fedora. I still have it today.

I got it for having the L4D2 Beta, and never paid much attention to it. It was my first hat and I had it on every class until I finally started crafting some.

Pyro's Beanie, because it's nice to know the person setting you on fire also has a sense of humor.
Familiar Fez, because fezzes are cool.

It's worth about 8-9 refined at the moment; earbuds are worth around 15 depending on who you find.
