Haha, but yea, it's super-tight.. there are some bugs in the game but PARADOX is working on an update as we speak AND they will release an update every 24 hours as problems arise... if you guys have questions about it, ask away.. I just got FRAPS so I might even be able to get some vids goin if you want demonstrations.... :D
 
I played the demo this morning and was pleasantly surprised...especially when I killed myself lol.

I will probably be picking this up, what a fun little ingenious game!
 
tried to play the demo but im at the library and the internet here is slow. maybe ill try it when i get home
 
I think the 10 dollars is totally worth it... The bugs are really annoying at times.. but they are working their butts off to fix it.. I'm gonna go check to see if there is another update...

but the elemental experimentation is awesome... like when i combined cold and water 14 times to get 7 elements of ICE stacked up... I was surprised when I held the right mouse button, let go, and hundreds of ice shards ripped a pack of goblins to giblets... so awesome... or how arcane makes them explode xD
 
Finished the demo. Pretty crazy and fun!

Had lots of fun once I really started playing around with the system making fire, ice and rain shields and the lot. Accidentally made healing mines that ended up working for the goblins. Really I just love spraying water on a monster then just going crazy with a lightning + arcane blast. KABOOM!

I love the concept and will probably buy it tomorrow after I'm finished doing all the other important stuff that I'm doing (most of which revolve around saving the world from dangers the likes of which you could never dream of...or ninja attacks.)
 
Great to hear spitfire! And yea, you can do some pretty hilarious stuff with experimenting.. Like I literally busted out laughing while playing online.. it's so much fun haha

Also, i LOVE the Mad Scientist feel to the game, and it's all on the fly which makes it all the better xD

And after the updates things are running so much smoother now and they have added a lot of useful stuff. I have had no crashes and Online play is almost 100% working.. my only problem is it says my Authentication failed and idk why lol. But it's great. Hit me up on STEAM sometime and we can set up a password protected game and get some eGO members in there to magick' it up! (buy in 4 / 3 days or less for the free DLC!!!) :D
 
Well the multiplayer mode is very buggy, but still you will find lots of fun:thumbup1:
 
From what I've heard it's insanely buggy and crashes a lot for a lot of people, but I'll check out the demo.

But what are you doing to me eGO? I never buy videogames and now I've bought Minecraft and MNC thanks to your recommendations. I mean, I love them both, but still.

EDIT: Well the game seems like it could be fun but it's rather buggy and I've heard online is even worse.

Singleplayer works more or less perfectly, it's the multiplayer that can be slightly buggy. It also supports eyefinity out of the box, which is awesome! Regardless, this game is worth getting. It's an absolute blast and a must have game. Download the demo for sure -- you have nothing to lose!
 
Yeah my room-mates and I have had some multiplayer issues but it hasn't crashed or done anything bad in single player.

Very fun game well worth $10. Plus knowing STEAM you can just wait and it will be on sale shortly.

Now back to the adventures of Wizzrobe :)

Haven't a clue what EyeFinity is and when it comes to singleplayer games few can maintain my attention. I did try the demo but the eye monster thing kept getting stuck in a wall.

It's a 3rd person adventure game in the vein of Diablo II or Torchlight. You are a wizard with access to eight elements that you can conjure up. You're on a quest to save the world, with the aid of Vlad who is not a Vampire.

The game is all about experimentation with the eight elements to make spells. Along the way you find specific combinations for spells like Haste, Rain and several others, but for the most part it is nothing but you and your wit against a host of monsters.

At the very least it is worth downloading the demo. The demo features the tutorial level and 98% of chapter 2. You'll get a great feel for the game.
 
^dude that sounds fun, i was seeing people posting on the forums about how they made like goblins or something explode with like icicles or something. hahaaa, deffinitly going to try out the demo. thanks for putting it in a nutshell for me.
