Pingtest.net is good but not really great as it only sends 32byte packets and sometime you will have no loss show there or maybe 1% when in fact you are loosing alot more when the packet size is increased. this is more accurate http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html and as the link suggests, it is free also. In settings, set the packet size to 512bytes and then test. Wit this you can even type the IP of the game server in (found on gameme) and test your packet loss to the game server itself. the pl% will be packet loss %.
