Hi guys, I would appreciate it if you guys could help me out here

What is a good AM3 Mobo that is compatible with a PHENOM II X4 95w processor?
Will the Phenom II x4 Bottle neck, lets say a 5670 or a GT 240?
will a ANTEC 380w Earth D be able to handle a Phenom II x4, GT 240, and about 2~3 gb of GDDR3 1333 Mhz Ram? :thumbup1:

do you have a budget for the motherboard

there will be no CPU bottle neck with either of those cards

yes that psu is way more than enough

Budget um, well my total budget for when i get a summer job would be around 250 bucks for the RAM (around 40~60 bucks) and processor (100~130). nothing to expensive and nothing that will die when i get home from the retail store :X

Mobos with the 790FX NB are pretty good for gamers here is one with a 790FX:

here is a good one too under 100:

Both should work with the PSU you have listed

If you need one for less, there are good boards for under $70 but most will be Micro ATX. I used this one for a while and loved it (now its in my brothers rig):

Note: all the above are ASUS boards becuase I have had the best experience with ASUS boards. I do know that Gigabyte is good as well, but for the other brands.....im not really sure.

Older boards ftw?
Get a 890FX
I can't get links right now, I have class in a few minutes.

Yes FTW! lol.

I wanted to try and stay between $110 and $40 so he would stay in his budget. If he got an 890FX board, he wouldnt have enough left over for his processor (though they are really sweet boards :))
