ya - just don't do things like wear fleece and pet your cat as you're handling your GPU or something and you'll be fine.

Just ground yourself touching the the case, inside of it where its unpainted.
As far as Anti-Static kit go, I'd only buy one if I was messing with computer (or any electronic parts) for more than 3 hours. It doesn't take longer than 3 hours to build a rig. For example, if I worked at Intel or Nvidia or wherever else, Anti static kits would be mandatory. In your situation, It's really not worth it.

The sad thing is, it really wasn't that hard.
Just trying to follow the instructions making this :angry: face the whole time, makes it difficult. But, once you're done it's like.....why was this so hard?

i dont wear anything that has possibility of static when i open my computer. and on the roof.
