The controls and physical feel of it is fine, it's the actual joystick movement being extremely slow and inaccurate that gets me.

Personally, I didn't play any PC FPS's until I'd spent a lot of time playing Goldeneye, Army Men, and MoH on consoles, and I found them all quite enjoyable. I have no problem playing an FPS with a joystick, although a mouse is certainly an advantage; as long as there's not cross-platform multiplayer I'm fine with all those games having console ports.

Well considering that the bare "minimum" for Crysis 2, which is what's been posted, is actually the same as the recommended system requirements for the original Crysis... I'm gunna go with, no they did not use a lesser engine.
