This link will show you how to make everyone sound equally the same. Sometimes you have those people who come in loud and it makes you wanna rip off your headphones, or those very low people who you can never hear. This just makes it very simple so you can hear everyone the same, if you need help just let me know or someone else who knows ventrilo.

i set this up, but didn't get an extensive test on it, but it all makes sense.

(By the way Deci, I didn't see an major grammar issues, maybe 1 or 2 spelling mistakes. I'm an English major at University of Wyoming, and since you mentioned there may be an issue, of course its a natural reaction for me to respond)
