Should I craft my hatless Sniper/Scout together?

Well, I'm in a bit of a predicament. I'm pants-deep in hats.

Terrible, I know.

However, there are two particular hats that are sitting in my inventory, sitting beside the other mountain of hats I have for both of those classes.

Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative and Baseball Bill's Sports Shine.

As most of you should know, crafting two hats together results in--of course--another hat. In this case, the hats are non-vintage.

Would YOU craft them together for another hat?

The hatless hats are rarer than hats because most people craft them like you say here. Ideally trade them for 2 refined each and then get a hat out of each.

Since they are non vintage, I personally would craft them together. Unless you dont mind going to a trade server and trading them for like one refined each (dont really know how much they cost really). And then trade those metals you have for a hat you want. Therefore you dont get a hat you dont want.

I don't see why any one would craft hats anymore. Whether it be with three refined or two hats trading always seems like the best option.

Definitely trade. Don't craft anymore! You can easily get another hat for each.

Ironically, before trading, I also had these two hats, and I actually went the course and crafted them...

I ended up with the Texas Dome Shine, the hatless engineer and I RAGED.

IF they are vintage I'd keep them as their price is almost bound to jump. If they're nv craft them, you might get a good hat.

I wouldnt craft them, i would sell them for refined and with that buy another hat
