No games for me - broke my hand!

I won't be able to play Day of Defeat or anything for about 6-8 weeks. I broke my third metcarpal in my hand while I was wrestling. It is completely fractured, may need to get pins though.

I broke it in the first round and made it all the way to double overtime. Lost by one point because I couldn't grab his ankle. :P Didn't help much.

Ah, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. I broke my hand once. Boxer's fracture. Sure you can't guess how I got it. Anyway, I couldn't play for like 5 weeks, that was horrible.
 
That sucks man, I just had districts yesterday. I got the short end of the stick and ended up wrestling the first and third seed. Ended up one match away from regionals. I broke my leg earlier in the season, but I at least got to finish the second half. Get better soon!

State is Thursday for us. I am so ready for us to win.

yea, always shoot your low singles correctly. esp. when whn he dodges yourshot. :p


i lost the match in double overtime cause i couldnt hold him with my hand.

I couldn't do very many shots after my leg "healed." Couldn't drive off of it correctly, but I got pretty good at ankle picks and colbies. Good luck at states!
 
Is it wierd that I had a 9 year old kid said he broke his hand doing boxing but he said he has been playing for 10 years!?
 
Regional is at the end of the week for us, unfortunately the only way to get one of the 3 extra seats was to place first at a tournament my coach never let me go to. He never gave me a reason or anything, kids I could beat without trying went. :( I know I would have destroyed at that tournament. :(

Sorry man, my coach brings all people 9th grade and above who have been wrestling the whole season. We leave tomm at 5:30.

No surgery! It is onlt 15 degree high, 10 more and I would have needed a screw.
 
Welll, we won state by 15 points. 6 state champs, 1 second place, 3 third place, and one fourth place. We wrestled very well. Can't wait for ring fittings.
