everyone who signs up is "accepted". the roster will be updated at least bi-weekly, so check once a day to see if your name has popped up on the list.

Keep in mind if you register on a saturday you might OR might NOT be eligible to play that night.

Dont let these chumps toss you around. To answer your question, yes. You can join any time during the tournament but during Saturdays the time you show up and the Cincs determine which rounds you will play in.
