1. ads
2. youtube ads
3. internet surveys (like before downloads and stuff)
4.a. things where u must get premium account in order to get full experience
4.b. the crap u have to go through without premium account
5. getting rick rolls (funny but seriously)
6. the crappy wait times on file sharing sites if u don't have premium

DID I MISS ANYTHING?

Ads are necessary. I don't like them either, but if they weren't here, the websites probably wouldn't be here either.

Well, with youtube having millions of people visit a day and earn them ad revenue, I don't think me blocking their ads is going to have to have a huge effect. I white list sites that deserve it. I watch a extreme amount of youtube videos, and I don't have the time to have to watch 30 second ads before them, that compounds into a lot of time when I just need to see something fast.

I'm fine with ads, but not with intrusive ones that change my experience of the site.

yes the ads are pretty much required cuz they make money out of it and the website gets paid to put the ads there, but im just saying that internet ads are the gayest thing EVER.

I understand, because I use one too.

Youtube is probably one of the highest bandwidth usage sites in the world, so I couldn't imagine what it costs them.

Plus, they bought it for 1.7 billion dollars, and got sued for 8 million not long ago.

They could easily cut the ads down some, but partnering with VEVO was a terrible idea. The least they could do to save money is fire their web designer. The new layouts are just awful.

This is an excellent post! New youtube - sucks!

Adblock is pretty useful, especially if you have younger internet users... i dont really want them seeing most of those ads.
 
Ads are a necessary nuisance. If companies didn't pay to have their ads on Youtube, then we would have to pay for Youtube.

I can't stand when videos are removed due to copyright violations. I understand when the uploader doesn't give credit to the sources in his or her video, but Youtube is removing videos in which the uploader makes doubly sure that all credit is given.

For once i can agree with you instead of kicking you in the balls and stealing your burito, but i think imma do it anyway casue i havent eaten anything for ages!
 
AD's, ISP's throttling connection, ISP Use Cap's, Garbage Game server hosts with terrible connections and or coding (EA!!!!!).
 
I don't think the Youtube adds are neccesary, for they are licenced by GOOGLE....... Just saying...

They are an utter annoyance, especially when you get the same add 4 times in a row...

Rickrolls are easy to avoid, yet hillarious.

The most annoying thing on the internet; Raging kids or "Tuff kids"...
