Does having in-game admin affect whether you are willing to play on eGO servers?

No, admin only affects people's decision to HELP people in the servers, not to PLAY.
I'll play whenever I feel like it, but I will help someone immediately.

I would still play on eGO servers as much as possible if I wasn't an admin, but the fact that I can clean up punks myself makes me more willing to, for example, wait in the queue for a full server or try filling an empty one.

Yes, but not too much. I go to servers like De_dust and Blackmesa to have fun. But I do like to feel as if I am helping the community, as Vexx said.

not really. eGO's the only place with mesa thats always populated, plus theres loads of awesome people all the time. I'd go there no matter what rank, OTHER MAPS HOWEVER...

I've been in eGO for over two years and I'm still not an admin, I could care less at this point haha.

I choose to play on eGO servers because of the in game adminning. I don't have to put up with all the horseplay that goes on in other servers that make them unfun. Also I feel like I get to contribute to the gameplay by adminning.

When I play on non-eGO servers, I get quite antsy that I can't help people to have the same enjoyable experience they would have on an eGO server when someone starts acting like a jackwagon. I usually don't last long on those servers.

I had to think about this one, but no. Once I joined eGO I almost exclusively played on our servers. However, when I play on a server where I am not an admin it gets frustrating. Once I was on The Battlegrounds server and warned someone about swearing; it was only when I tried to kick him that I realized why I did not have admin, lol at me.

I prefer playing to actually being an admin, but going into a server knowing that you can resolve a situation is a big bonus.

I think you took the poll, wrong it means now that you have admin would you rather play a diff server rather than our servers, because you dont want to have to deal with immature people.

Well Kenny and everyone else talking about immature people. I don't have to deal with any troublemakers. Ever. I am a hardline, no bs admin- I don't think twice about swinging the ban hammer when it comes down to it, and I will swing it harshly and with finality if the need arises.

So in short, we have fun on the servers I admin- when problems arise, they get crushed with a few lines into console, and the good times continue.

I may have checked the wrong thing. But I play on eGO servers more simply because I have admin and don't need to deal with any trolls- or if I do, its for less than a minute at most before they are removed (inevitably, they return and continue on. Alas, they aren't quite fast enough to escape the hammer with a disconnect).
