Battle #1 Results:
Round 1: Axis attack Finland from Poland on dod_claremont
The sound of the first shot of this war rang through the streets of Claremont much like the formidable bell for which the city is known. Vicious machine gun fire kept the Axis confined to well-constricted choke points on the Allied front. With the ebb and flow of another hard-fought battle, the victor emerged in the final round in the form of a band of surviving Allied soldiers.

Round 1: Allies attack Poland from Finland on dod_anzio
The Allies wasted no time testing the sprawling defensive capabilities of the Axis forces, fresh off their loss in Finland. The attack came swiftly to the sands of Anzio. Fortunately for the Axis, Anzio was far too familiar a territory to lose against the foreign invaders. The Axis swept the Allies from the field and the fury from either side was quelled by the stunning nature of their losing efforts in the first battle.

The first battle turnout was TREMENDOUS. With over 70 participants we continue to break event records and we thank you all for coming out. Rest assured that the problem of turnout vs. capacity is being worked on and we expect to have everyone playing some way or another, soon!
