I feel that its pretty much right on the dot, but im sure theres a few more that can be added.

These days, it's really hard to pinpoint them all, as opposed to the olden days, where games involving demons, psycho killers, or vulnerable teenagers usually end up as pretty violent games.....or am I getting mixed up with movies??

However, Im surprised GTAIII beat out GTAIV in terms of violence.

cause it was the first 3D GTA, so it was brutal to some people.
we seen things like GTAIV too many times at the moment so it can't really be considered "most violent", plus tbh the game wasn't really violent at all, i would say least violent of the the 3 other ones (not counting the 2d ones), other than the fact the ragdoll system was better.
